fixed ve_trimmstd and made ve_trimmean to remove stat toolbox

Andrew Lofts requested to merge ve_trim_fix into master

this fixed/ created the ve trim mean and std to do what they say. This also will help remove the stat toolbox dependency. Probably what to check interpmont trim functions since i think we got the base code from there. Also we can get rid of the original trims if they are still there.
