To begin using the lossless pipeline, data must first be initialized. This can be done by importing source data into something like EEGLAB and exporting from there. Note that this is platform specific. Labs which use Biosemi will have different initialization procedures and scripts than a lab which works with EGI.

Currently we have not posted examples as the [sample data](sample-data) provided is already in an initialized state.
