**Lossless Pipeline Dependencies:**
* MATLAB 2015b or equivalent license
* A machine with typical [POSIX](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/POSIX) type capabilities (ubuntu, etc)
* Remote access to a slurm based hpc cluster such as [Graham](https://docs.computecanada.ca/wiki/Graham)
* This cluster must have access to Octave and be able to execute pkg load/install from within Octave
**Tutorial Assumptions:**
* An scp client or comfort with the terminal
* ~150g of disk space
* Working knowledge of POSIX systems
* Familiarity with the [BIDS](http://bids.neuroimaging.io/) format
