Remove 'srate', 'chans' and 'event_type' fields from vised_config so that they are not remembered in the workspace.

partial fix for speed of ve_eegplot manual time mark adding, and proper creation of pop_vised history command

fix issue of file specific structures being stored in workspace vised_config (since remove_globals).. and modify several vised_config fields to accespt names of variables.

remove any instance of classdef object vised_config and replace it with the structure vised_config.. include renaming visedcongit_obj.m with init_vised_config.m

fix text2struct_ve to be robust to input text file variations... commnet out ve_eegplot reference to depricated colmodif option.

fix bug introduced when allowing empty srate properties in vised_config (had introduced an extra "end").

allow srate to be empty in config object while still specifying it as EEG.srate as an optional input to ve_eegplot when necessary.

corrected call to marks_init() when EEG has no marks structure, and fixed converting numeric event types to strings
