Remove 'srate', 'chans' and 'event_type' fields from vised_config so that they are not remembered in the workspace.

fix ability to use multiple simultaneous scroll plots by moving ve_eegplot persistent variables into the figure userdata.

fix text2struct_ve to be robust to input text file variations... commnet out ve_eegplot reference to depricated colmodif option.

add features: disable  eegplot edit uicontrols when mouse enters data axis; optional input mouse_data_front {'on'|'off'} bring eegplot window to front when mouse moves over data axis.

ve_eegplot edit box uicontrols gives control back to the base figure atcallback (avoids key press errors when using shortcut key select commands).
